An Experience Designed for Young Leaders
The National PAL Youth Leadership & Mentor Summit is an immersive, youth-focused experience that brings together young leaders from PAL chapters across the country. The Summit creates space for young people to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and connect with peers who share a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities.
Through hands-on learning, meaningful dialogue, and shared experiences, the Youth Summit helps participants discover their voices and see their potential as leaders.
What the Youth Summit Offers
Leadership Development
Youth participate in interactive workshops designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Sessions are engaging, age-appropriate, and centered on real-world challenges young people face.
Civic Engagement and Voice
