Where Learning Meets the Power of Motorsports
The NASCAR STEM Program with National PAL introduces young people to science, technology, engineering, and teamwork through the excitement of motorsports. Using real world applications tied to an industry youth already recognize and admire, the program makes STEM learning engaging, relevant, and accessible while expanding awareness of future career possibilities.
Hands-On Learning and Exploration
Through interactive activities and experiential learning opportunities, youth are exposed to key STEM skills including:
- Engineering and design thinking
- Technology and innovation
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Collaboration and communication
Behind-the-scenes insights and guided exploration help participants see how ideas turn into action and how STEM skills are used every day in professional environments.
How the Experience Works

The program can be offered:
- As a standalone educational experience
- As part of a broader PAL program mix
