End User License Agreement (EULA)
National PAL Website
Effective Date: April 6, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and National PAL governing your access to and use of the National PAL website and any related online services, tools, or content (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.
1. License Grant
National PAL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, reproduce or distribute Website content without permission, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with Website operations, or use automated tools without authorization.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to National PAL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant ownership rights.
4. User Submissions
By submitting content or information, you affirm you have the right to do so and grant National PAL a royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for business purposes.
5. Third-Party Links
The Website may include links to third-party sites. National PAL is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, National PAL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to Website use.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National PAL from claims arising from your Website use or Agreement violation.
9. Termination
National PAL may terminate or suspend access at any time. Certain provisions shall survive termination.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to Agreement
National PAL may update this Agreement by posting revisions to the Website.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and National PAL regarding Website use.
